Re: It's July - what are you reading?
I finished "My Sisters Keeper" last night. I started it Friday night. It was the first book I've ready by Jodi Piccoult and I'm not sure I'll read another! I was SO into it. Until the last 15 pages or so. The ending ruined the whole thing for me. I felt like I got sucker punched. I thought...

Re: It's June - what are you reading?
In addition to Then Came the End, I'm reading What I Talk About When I Talk About Running on my lunch break at work and the third Sookie book while I ride the exercise bike.

Re: It's June - what are you reading?
I'm reading the one Blush recommended - Then Came the End? I forget the exact title. I'm a bit over 100 pages in. I finished the second Sookie book. It was slightly better than the first. I have issues. I feel like I have to read the whole series since I started it, even though I'm not that into the...

Re: It's June - what are you reading?
I started Dead Until Dark last night! I read the Twilight series earlier in the year, we've always been big Buffy/Angel show fans and now we just finished the Moonlight tv series on DVD this week. I'm going to have a hard time keeping all this vampire lore straight! Each thing has a different variat...

Re: It's June - what are you reading?
I just finished Family Tree by Barbara Delinsky (I think that's her last name). It was okay.
I think I'm going to pick up the first Sookie book at lunch. Target has them on paperback for pretty cheap.

Re: It's June - what are you reading?
I have been reading like crazy this week (and not getting enough sleep!). The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks, The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Album, The God of Animlas by Aryn Kyle. Last night I started Down River by John Hart. I was up until 2 AM. I finished it. I couldn't stop reading. I ...

I finished Retribution (so good!) and started When Madeline was Young by Jane Hamilton last night. I'm also reading a book about giraffes called Tall Blondes by Lynn Sherr.

Re: It's January! What are you reading?
I finsihed Retribution by Julianne Hoffman last night.
Anna, since you like crime novels, you might enjoy it. It's fiction, but I thought it was excellent.

Re: 2008 Book round-up!
How many books did you read this year? (if you're into tracking that sort of thing) Didn't count, but quite a few. I read A - T of the Kinsey Malone mysteries by Sue Grafton, so that's 20 books right there. I also read Harry Potter 6 & 7 and a few Chuck Paluhniak books. What was your favourite b...

First off, Crystal that guy is a FREAKAZOID, but at least he hasn't give you a live rabbit. Spudd, we had a guinea pig named Clyde when we first got married and got him a dwarf rabbit to be his friend because we read that was a good combo. Clyde wanted to boink the rabbit. Zoe, the rabbit, wasn't in...
