I finished Turtles All the Way Down. Solid 4 stars.

Rowan that book sounds intriguing. I've often thought that if the roles were reversed (in general) and sports were "for women" they'd be seen as frivolous and silly.

I finished The Heart of the Deal and it was ok. I liked the premise but it all seemed very surface level. The first couple chapters were bad, then it got better, but not that great.

Now I have Turtles All the Way Down by John Green. I know that will make me feel something.

I finished Evelyn; loved it. I did figure out what was coming well before the end but it was still great.

Now I have The Heart of The Deal by Lindsay MacMillan.

I finished Ms. Demeanor by Elinor Lipman and it was cute.

Now I have The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.

It's ALL tennis.

I finished Carrie Soto is Back. I'd say 4.5 stars.

Blush - I really liked Evvie Drake and I don't tend to love that genre. It was well written and I felt the story was "mature". Agreed! 4 stars. I have a few little nitpicks but overall quite good. Now I have Carrie Soto is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I LOVED Malibu Rising and Daisy Jones...

I finished Dream On. It was like a Hallmark movie in book form. No real substance, clunky dialogue. The plot was decent.

Now I have Evvie Drake Starts Over by Linda Holmes.

I love freezing holds. I finished One Night on The Island. It was ok, but could have used an editor. Little things like a Boston family who takes their kids to the lake (somewhere within driving distance, so probably not a hot place) every *checks notes* October (school year) for 2 weeks? Unlikely. ...

I finished Drunk on Love. It was ok; the dialogue was a bit clunky which I don't recall from the other book of hers I read.

Now I have One Night on The Island by Josie Silver. It is cute so far.

Yesterday I read We Are The Light by Matthew Quick. It was weird but good.

Now I have Drunk on Love by Jasmine Guillory.

Yes, that's the one. I think I rated it a bit higher because compared to the one I had just finished, at least the writing and dialogue were decent!

I did finish one more: Golden Girl by Elin Hidebrand. Her books are solidly reliable.

I finished You Will Remember Me. Plot was ok, writing was not great.

That's my goal, 72 books for the year! I might be able to get one more in.

I finished Instructions for a Heatwave. Meh.

Then I read The Jetsetters by Amanda Eyre Ward. Ok, a lot of unanswered questions at the end.

Now I have You Will Remember Me by Hannah Mary McKinnon.
