I've just moved on to Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston.

I'm almost finished now with American Dreams by John Jakes. After that I'm going to read Morality for Beautiful Girls, the third book in the "No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency" by Alexander McCall Smith.

I've gotten a good start now on John Irving's A Widow for One Year. So far it's pretty good.

I'm reading Homeland, by John Jakes.

I thought Snow was good, but I hadn't heard anything about it beforehand, so I didn't really go in with any expectations. But, GAH! How hopeless was it?!

The God of Small Things, on the other hand, has me a little underwhelmed at the moment ... I'll keep plugging away at it, though.

I just finished Snow by Orhan Pamuk and have started The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy.
