False - Well we can eat anything, it's the portion size that counts. I had some baked potato, but not much. I'd guess that potatoes don't fit neatly in the diabetic diet though.

True - I have an Excel spreadsheet that I keep to take to my Dr. when I go for visits. As I enter the readings for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, it graphs the readings. This way it's easy to see how my numbers are rising or getting lower.
