Crystal--Oh no, Samson only terrorizes HUMANS and small insects. Cats are totally out of his league.

How did we leave out Joshua until now. weird! There are too many Alexes and Jeffs. That is for sure.

YES!! Is it oatmeal chocolate chip?
I think Josh was actually mentioned very early on.

nope, just tollhouse. But they came out flat. Again! Cookies will not hold their form here, no matter what we do. I might try throwing in cornstarch the next time. Still tasty though.
Shall I fedex it to you? btw, no chocolate chips in chile, so I used big cut up hershey bars. hope that's ok.

There aren't chocolate chips in Chile?!! Dealbreaker!
I don't mind flat cookies. Mine come out like that too. I can never get chocolate chip cookies to come out right so I switched to oatmeal chocolate chip.

I knew Clyde and Scooter, too! No fair that I'm always late just 'cause I'm on the other side of the world.
Kayley, you were close on the pet names, but Åsa is a cat, and we still have Asbjørn. It was Mette who had to go away because she didn't play well with others. And we did get another dog as well -- her name is Lucy. Our other cats are Moa and Prins Bertil.
Evan, Aidan, and Tage are all the same age (within about 6 weeks of each other), so they're easy for me to remember. Also, Tessa and Julian are the same age as Petra, so those are easy, too. I remember the others less well.
Aimie's SO is Joey.
Lindsay's dog is Gigi.

I knew Clyde. I used to have a guinea pig named Clyde.
Where's Kelly? Her girl is Kerrigan. I don't know her husband's name.
Ian and Richelle have Kaitlin, Patrick and Zachary.

Lysajo has been gone a long time, but her babies are Charity, Promise and Caleb and her husband is Matt.

not very high altitude, only 500 meters, like 1600 feet.
For these cookies, I used baking powder and baking soda, and put in extra flour. I don't know what else to do! But I will perservere!

Can I just comment that this thread is hilarious?
Also, that I too knew Cathy's dogs names!

Don't forget Brenda! (our lawyer's cat)
I know your sister's name Crystal!

My mom's name is Carol. I don't think I've ever called her that on here, but I have talked about her and her pilot boyfriend, Terry.
There sure are a lot of people with hubbies with initials DH.
Meanie has zeh fury. She could take Samson.
Did anyone name Blush's Bruno? I love Bruno.
I remembered Beverly's animals' names but I was too lazy to type the special characters.

I know your sister's name Crystal!
That's because you're twins! Both Aly's, both born on May 19.

And btw, Kayley, what cuss word has h in the middle? I have spent too much time looking at _h_ trying to fill in the blanks.

I suspect it's either something you just made up or something in Spanish.

nope, no swear with h in the middle. I use _this_ to show emphasis, because in the old days, before there were buttons everywhere to underline or italicize things, I used to use it to really add some zing to something.
For example:
Personally_I_ would never marry someone with the initials DH.
instead of
Personally, I would never marry someone with the initials DH.
Is this not done?[/i] I didn't think I was inventing something new/retro.

I just mentioned Brenda because I thought that it was hilarious to name a cat such a name...LOL.

I thought someone would be like, "Aly, what the _h_ are you bringing up cats you've never brought up before in this thread fo'?".

I swear my next cat is going to be named Brenda. Or Steve.

You are the epitome of new/retro.
