It's February - what are you reading?

Here's the Story by Maureen McCormick. I know, I know. :)

I just finished Delusion by Peter Abrahams which was pretty good although I thought the ending was rushed. I hate that.

I'm going on a business trip and need to bring 3-4 books. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't usually go on business trips but I'm just trying for something I won't be embarrassed of (which is why I'm reading the Marcia Brady book now).

I have outliers on my queue at the library. Glad to hear its good.

Outliers would certainly not be embarassing, too.

I don't have anything non-embarassing to suggest, unfortunately.

I just finished "Dune." It was really good! Not sure if I'll pick up anything for leisure just yet...there's so much school reading I have to do.

I finished The Angel's Game by Carlos Ruiz Zafón and the ending was soooooo bad :cuss. The rest of it was great, but 40 pages from the end I started to suspect he was going to leave a lot of questions unanswered. I was right.

I'm now rereading his The Shadow of the Wind, which was much better. At least it had a satisfactory ending. I was reading it in 2005 when my Spanish teacher and friend Luci died and that obviously ruined the book for me. I've always wanted to reread it because I knew it was a good book.

I'm just finishing up Soldiers and Slaves - American POWs Trapped by the Nazis' Final Gamble by Roger Cohen. Great book - gripping and devastating.

I going to start Grave Sight by Charliane Harris soon. I'll probably start reading Revolutionary Road too.

I am almost finished with She Got Up Off the Couch by Haven Kimmel (a sequel/follow-up to A Girl Named Zippy, which I never read :worry ) After this I will likely go back to cheating on my books with magazines.

I just read Something Borrowed by Emily Giffin. I don't understand... people on websites were raving about this book, but I thought Rachel was so moony and Darcy was such a cartoon villain. Meh.

Anna I really liked Lost and Found - hope you so too.

I'm reading The Associate by Grisham. I don't know why I keep bothering with him but I have been in a bad book rut lately.
