What about
Odd Girl Out by Rachael Simmons? I've had that book for a while and I've been meaning to read it forever! It might be fun to read it with a group!

The Little Friend? Is it the one by Donna Tartt? It is unbelievably boring. I couldn't read past page 160 or so. If you wanna read her, I'd recommend her other one, The Secret History.
