I just had coffee with two moms from school. One of them was saying she watches movies with her kid on Friday evenings, so I suggested to Leo we do the same. He said no. Then I said "oh, come on, it'll be fun!" Him: "Mom, every family has their own habits. We read."

For the record, he does watch a ton of TV at other times of the day. But bedtime is our reading together time.

That's adorable! I guess his lack of enthusiasm for Portuguese class doesn't bubble over into his leisure habits, which is awesome.

No, it doesn't! Probably because he's seen me reading for fun since he was born. Hopefully he'll learn to write properly that way, since he doesn't like the subject.
