So J's company is a reseller (resaler?) of office supplies. They mainly sell to college bookstores. Every year they have an employee sale, where employees can go get cheap stuff. Yesterday was the main day, when a standard paper grocery bag full of stuff cost $5. Today they had it again, with a whole bag for only $1!! I was downtown doing stuff for school when he called to tell me about it, so I had to hurry up to get there before it ended. Totally worth it:
-5 various-sized binders
-about 40 folders
-3 huge notebooks (2 are "research notebooks" and 1 has a wider left "summary" margin
-2 large cushioned mailing envelopes
-2 small cushioned mailing envelopes
-3 different styles of expanding file folders
-something called "Zwipes." It's a package of plastic binder dividers with a marker that can erase. Interesting.
-5 report covers
-3 other packs of binder dividers
-a bunch of Sharpies and highliters
-3 pens
-a bunch of accounting books (why J wanted these, I have no idea)
-3 containers of white-out
-6 packs of blank flashcards on a ring (these will save me so much time during school)
...all for only $2!
They also had some cheapo flip-flops for free. We each took a pair to take camping. Oh, and he also took some Nikon step-down ring lens adapters (for cameras). If anyone knows anything about these, do you think we could sell them on ebay?
