no offense taken. I wouldn't attack someone's menu, especially when I wasn't even invited.

We have a locally made sheep cheese here that tastes like manchego. It is splendiferously delicious. I heart sheep cheese even more than goat cheese. But don't try goatgurt. It is decidedly goaty.
